The 2023 Q5 offers standard 18-inch wheels on the base trim, with the option to upgrade to 20-inch wheels. The 2023 Q5 Sportback has standard 19-inch wheels and you can climb trim levels to 21-inch wheels. A tailgate roof spoiler is standard to the Q5 and a rear roof spoiler is standard on the Q5 Sportback. LED tail lights with dynamic turn signals and LED headlights are standard fare on both models as well as a trailer hitch. The Black Optic Package is available on both models with higher trim levels and includes high gloss black exterior elements, adding black roof rails to the Q5. OLED headlights are available only on the Q5.
The MMI system is standard fare for both vehicles, with connectivity with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ as well as a mobile hotspot feature and integration with Bluetooth®. Bring the feel of a concert to your cabin with the available Bang & Olufsen® premium sound system for either ride.
